NO MEDICAL UNDERWRITING​

Medical underwriting is a common practice where insurers assess an individual’s health status to decide coverage eligibility and pricing. This often leads to higher premiums, frequently outside one’s budget, or outright denial, leaving many without coverage. In stark contrast, Affinity’s plan does not use medical underwriting and ensures that coverage is accessible to many, including the underserved population.

NO AGE LIMIT & NO GENDER PRICING​

Affinity by True Freedom believes in inclusivity, so there is NO gender pricing, NO age limit for enrollment, and the same rate for all ages. Whether you are 18, 50, or 85, you pay the same rate in all 50 states.

NATIONWIDE NETWORK​

Affinity by True Freedom’s commitment to providing a nationwide network of insured, vetted, and licensed home care agencies ensures that members receive consistent and high-quality care regardless of where they live in the U.S. This vast network is particularly beneficial in a country where healthcare services and coverage can vary widely by location, offering a seamless care experience too.

LIFETIME HOURS & NON-USAGE RENEWAL DISCOUNT​

Our non-usage renewal discounts are unique to our plan members. Starting with your 2nd-year renewal, we give our members who have not activated any benefit hours a 10% discount on top of their existing discount(s). After that, each additional year renewed without activation of benefit hours gets another 10% discount stacked, maxing out at 40% by the 5th year and on. You can potentially reach the highest discount of 65% starting in the 5th year and on and will remain at the level for years until you activate benefit hours. No other home care insurance products offer this discount. The valuable savings allow members peace of mind and put a plan in place before it is too late to qualify for one.

PORTABILITY​

The portability feature of Affinity’s plans, where your plan moves with you, offers unparalleled flexibility for members who relocate. This ensures that changes in residence do not disrupt the continuity of care, and keeping the same rate is a critical consideration for our members.
